- We meticulously quality check (QC) each timepiece to guarantee full working order as described in the listing. Due to this thorough process, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment.

Domestic Orders:
- For domestic orders within the UK, we will ship your package using Royal Mail's tracked service. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor its delivery status.

International Orders:
- All international orders are subject to payment clearance and approval by our fraud detection system, which may take up to three business days. This precautionary measure ensures the security of transactions and protects our customers from fraudulent activity.
- Please be aware that shipments of watches to international destinations may incur import duties and fees upon arrival in the destination country. Any customs or importation fees/taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- International orders are shipped via Royal Mail's tracked service, accompanied by insurance coverage to safeguard your purchase during transit.
